Bought a good used Jeep Rubicon here for an excellent price. From the moment I walked through the door I was treated like royalty. Everyone there was so friendly! I'm an old guy and I've purchased many vehicles and heard it all. I came in here with my poker face on and found out real quick I didn't need it. Absolutely the best buying experience I've been through. Nestor the sales guy was fantastic. He knew the product, he knew what they could do and he did it. Had great conversations with Matthew and Gerardo. I ended up staying a couple of hours simply because I didn't want to go! That's never happened to me! Seriously if you want a great deal on a good quality vehicle You need to check this place out. I give it 10 out of 10. Another really impressive thing was the multipoint inspection before they even let me buy it. As they just took the car in on trade, I had to wait a couple of days before they went through it completely. When everything was absolutely perfect, they even came down on their price a little more. Everyone that I talked to there loved where they worked. They said it was like working for family. Judging from how content everyone was I believe it. Good for you Mr Chastang! I'll be back.

Had a new Bronco that got totaled after only three weeks! I looked for this specific vehicle, and found three within 400 miles of my home. Chastang Ford was the only dealer without the horrible vehicle add-ons. In addition, they offered the lowest price, and secured an interest rate below my credit union! So, I flew to Houston to get my new Bronco. We completed the whole purchase online, and I was at the dealership less than an hour to drive it home. Absolutely the best. Rude and dishonest people. Small dealership compared to the competition. They do not honor thier words and deals change drastically if you don't settle for their high pressure sales tactics and tell them you will think about it overnight. Well good thing they changed their mind, because other dealership have much better prices. Save your time and money and go to the dealers up north.
