Ford is serious about their off-roading and just stepped up their game, making the Tremor an actual series of the 2021 F-150 truck lineup, rather than just a package as it is now on the Ranger and Super Duty. It will be available only as a SuperCrew with a 5.5-ft. box 4×4 configuration.
The 2021 F-150 Tremor will be available in three versions, each featuring a standard F-150 Raptor-style bash plate, off-road running boards, unique hood and grille with Active Orange highlights, and unique trim and technology packages.
Compared to the already all-new 2021 F-150, the Tremor has a muscular, more aggressive look with a 1-inch wider stance, bash plate, new and bigger tires, off-road running boards, rear tow hooks, unique hood design, and grille with Active Orange highlights.
Tremor doesn’t sacrifice F-150’s excellent payload and towing capability built on the same F-150 foundation with a high-strength steel frame, high-strength, military-grade, aluminum-alloy body, 3.5L EcoBoost V6 engine, and 10-speed automatic transmission.
Off-Road Features: 2021 F-150
Rock Crawl Drive Mode, standard on all Tremors, automatically engages the locking-rear differential, turns off stability and traction control, reduces throttle response, and adjusts shift points.
Available Trail 1-Pedal Drive acts as a throttle, similar to a motorcycle, press the pedal (throttle) to move forward and release to brake (slow down).
One of the most unique features of the 2021 Tremor is Trail Control. Think of Trail Control as an automated cruise control function for off-road use. Drivers simply select a set speed, and the truck manages throttle and braking to allow them to focus on steering through challenging off-road conditions.
