Mobile Technician
As one of Houston’s fastest growing Ford dealerships and to offer our clients an easier way to manage their vehicles, we are expanding into an exciting new chapter, offering Mobile Maintenance and Light Repair Service. As a Ford Truck Center, 95% of our service business is commercial and involves servicing everything from cars to F750 trucks. Mobile Technicians are the face and ambassador or our dealership and Ford Motor Company to our clients. They interact directly with clients in recommending, performing, and billing of services. Mobile technicians are provided a state-of-the-art equipped service van which includes all of the tools you will need to be successful. Mobile Technicians are paid a salary base plus a production bonus.

- Ability to perform preventive automotive services (ie oil changes, tire rotations, brake pads, fluid exchanges, tune ups, filters)
- 2 Years automotive/truck service experience preferred
JOB DESCRIPTION: Mobile Service Technician
- Check in with client upon arrival at their site
- Discuss the client’s needs
- Discuss the parameters of where the client desires services to be performed
- Discuss with the client any safety or regulatory information that you need to be aware of
- Provide the client with an initial estimate
- Perform a Multi-point inspection of the vehicle
- Provide an estimate to the client for additional service recommendations
- Coordinate with Mobile Dispatcher the addition of service operations to the repair order
- Perform services in accordance with Ford Motor Company and Chastang Ford standards
- Electronically document the repair order of services rendered following Ford Motor Company and Chastang Ford standards
- Coordinate with the Mobile Dispatcher
- Delivery of needed parts or supplies
- Billing of parts or supplies utilized from the mobile truck inventory
- The pick-up of a vehicle requiring shop services
- The billing of services rendered to the client
- Maintain a clean and neat appearance
- Adhere to a “No Trace Left Behind” standard
- Maintain the Mobile Truck
- Appearance

- Visit with potential and existing client base to seek out business

Shop Technician

JOB DESCRIPTION: Shop Technician
The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong ability to provide exceptional diagnosis and repairs. They will be able to work well with little oversight and will take great pride in producing outstanding results with unparalleled quality and a sense of urgency.
