This has been the best car buying experience so far. I left a voicemail the night before and got a call at 8am the next morning from Tony the general sales manager. He even asked Roosevelt to send me a video of the truck inside and out instead of insisting I come in person to look/drive since I was out of state and was negotiating the deal for my dad. There were no b.s. add ons and worked a good deal on a new truck. I called about the demo model and Tony offered a deal on a new one. I asked if there’s a reason he’s moving me to a new one when I called about a demo model. He told me they didn’t want to make a customer bring the loaner back while their truck still wasn’t ready but if I really wanted the loaner they would do it. Ended up getting a better deal on a new one than the demo. I did try to negotiate a better deal at another dealer using Chastang’s offer but the other dealer couldn’t come close. They were even able to have the spray-in bed liner done by the next morning. When my dad arrived to the dealership he said Tony came to greet them right away and they enjoyed talking with him and appreciated how straightforward he was. From there, Roosevelt, took over and walked my parents through the features of the truck etc... I believe they mentioned it was more of a business/fleet sales type of dealer so if you’re looking for a work truck or working with straightforward group, buy at Chastang. (I looked through the reviews before posting this one and it seems this is very much the regular experience)

I had a terrible experience with the sales manager at this dealership. He knowingly sold me a car with issues and showed zero concern when I discovered the problem. Instead of honesty and integrity, I got dishonesty and a complete lack of accountability. If you’re looking for a trustworthy place to buy a car, I’d recommend going elsewhere. I even emailed the owner but no one to seems care enough but he care about the google reviews so here you are 💁 Here’s a public update you know the car broken in fact you told me that you told ur team to not do any work on it. I drove it back home which is 20 miles the car broke down.
